cancelLation policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 notice hours or clients that are a “no-show” will incur a charge amounting to the full price of scheduled service(s).

Late arrivals

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment(s), we will reschedule your appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. You will be counted as a “no show” and charged for the full amount of scheduled service(s). This not only protects our time/schedules as stylists, but the time of every client visiting the shop.

CHILDREN policy

We are a small shop nestled between artists hard at work in their studios. We have a small seating area designated for guests waiting for appointments. We love kids (especially yours), but we politely ask that you make arrangements for their care prior to your appointment. At this time we do not cut hair for individuals under 15 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
